Advanced Sourdough Making Workshop

Chris Wellard is a Sydney trained Chef now based in lnverell who has a passion for high quality artisan baking. He specialises in Sourdough and fine pastry products made with top quality local ingredients.

In this class we will be making sourdough bagels, crumpets and a spiced fruit loaf, all whilst learning about the gut health benefits of sourdough.

You will leave the workshop with your own starter to nourish and a loaf tin with your own dough for you to bake later.

Fresh Sourdough and a cheese platter will be served, along with a glass of wine on conclusion.
